John Sobala

As some say they walk to the beat of a different drummer, I say that I have always viewed the world through a different lens. I like to express this view through the imagery I capture in my every day life and my travels. Click below to learn more.

I have always felt energy from urban landscapes. The architecture and the people who dwell in urban settings give off a inexplicable vibe that I feed off of.

I've recently been approached by some clients to capture sights and scenes of personal meaning, so they can be memorialized and enjoyed for years to come. Check out some of my commissioned work here.

Everything and everyone have a story to life. I love capturing photos of unique objects that clearly have a backstory, but allow the viewers to use their imagination to fill in the story.

If you like what you see and are interested in exploring how I may be able to capture landscapes and settings that are of special meaning to you and your family, please drop me a line.  Whether it's capturing the essence of your favorite park, which has provided countless years of fun, exploration or meditation for you and your family, your 'go to' vacation spot, or even that big oak tree in your own backyard, which has served as a selfless backdrop to so many parties, BBQs and games of tag over the years...let me help you memorialize the sights, scenes and scapes of personal meaning in your life, so you can enjoy them for years to come.
